Techniques: twisting florist’s wires and hot gluing
Materials: parried goose nageorie feathers (60 pieces, parried means the spine of the feather was sanded at the back for flexibility), a patch of felt fabric, hot glue, scissors, double tipped millinery stamens (Optional, but available here on my shop, a good alternative are wired beaded stems), iron (the one used in pressing wrinkled clothes or a hair iron), florist’s wire or any available wire.
