Shipping

Digital Products: Once your payment has been confirmed, you will immediately receive an email containing your download link. It will be emailed with the address you have provided in your Paypal account.

Physical Products:

I ship worldwide for free from the Philippines. Tracking will be provided on the day your item has been shipped. Usually, international shipping from the Philippines can take from 2 weeks to a month. Please be aware that customs in your country may prolong the delivery of your order.  

Custom Duties:

Please be aware of the customs laws in your country. The customer is responsible for the customs duties tax for your purchases in this shop.  

Returns and Refunds

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and we encourage you to reach out to us if you have any concerns about your digital purchase. We’ll do our best to find a resolution that works for you.

Physical Products

For physical products received by mail, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all components present. To initiate a return, please contact us, and we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
